Refunds for field trips or special events will be issued by the original form of payment in the event a person must cancel a reservation. Specific refund deadlines will vary depending on the timelines necessitated by arrangements with our partner organizations. Such policies will be posted with reservation information. 

Membership dues are not refundable.
